The market will collect and maintain the name, email address, contact phone number, and the items being sold for each active vendor (vendors who have participated within the last two market seasons, or otherwise maintained contact with the market.) This information will be used only for the purposes of market administration and news emails, and will not be sold or shared.

Vendors who do not participate in the market for two consecutive seasons may be removed from the list of active vendors. To be voluntarily removed from the list, send an email to the market manager at MidlandCFM@gmail.com .

Unless you indicate otherwise, your participation in the market indicates agreement to have your photo and photos of the items you are selling used on the market’s Facebook page for publicity purposes.
