Vendor Reservations

There are two ways to get a vendor space for a weekly market: you can just DROP IN on Saturday morning, or you can RESERVE a space here on our website.
TO GET A DROP-IN SPACE (spaces 34-66) simply show up on Saturday morning and check in with the market manager before setting up. The fee is $10 (cash only, please.)
RESERVATIONS (spaces 2-33 only) can be made here on our website. Just choose from the list of available spaces, and pay via credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Reservations for WEEKLY markets will open on MONDAY EVENING, (around 6:00 p.m. usually) and close once all the reservations for this week’s market have been sold. (“Drop-in” spaces will still be available on Saturday morning, even if all 32 reservation spaces are sold.)

Reservations for SPECIAL EVENT markets (the Fall Festival Market, Christmas Craft Fair, and Spring Fling Craft Market) will open several weeks before each event. ALL 106 spaces for Special Event markets are by reservation ONLY. There are NO “drop-in” spaces for special event markets.

Your reservation will hold your space until 30 minutes prior to the market’s opening time. After that time (at the manager’s discretion) it may be made available to someone else (although if you show up later, your fee is still good for an available space that same day.)

Most spaces are 10 x 10 feet (some of the overflow spaces are smaller.) Bring your OWN tables and tent. Spaces 23-44 have LIMITED electricity; drop cords should be rated for outdoor use.
