Reservations for WEEKLY markets will open on MONDAY EVENING, (around 6:00 p.m. usually) and close once all the reservations for this week’s market have been sold. (“Drop-in” spaces will still be available on Saturday morning, even if all of the reservation spaces are sold.)
Most spaces are at least 10 x 10 feet (some of the overflow spaces are smaller.) Spaces 23-44 have LIMITED electricity; drop cords should be rated for outdoor use.
Your reservation fee is a donation to the Men’s Club of Midland United Methodist Church, which will distribute the funds to deserving local charities. As such, vendor fees are NONREFUNDABLE.
Please plan to be set up 30 minutes prior to the market’s opening time. (At the manager’s discretion, spaces still not occupied by 8:30may be made available to someone else.) After set-up, please park in designated vendor areas, NOT in the large lots adjacent to the main market field.
